After suffering some vision issues, I was in desperate need of prescription sunglasses, so having my vintage Chanel sunglasses fitted with prescription lenses was incredibly important to me. Unfortunately, just as I was expecting my glasses to be ready, I received a call that there had been a problem with them. Since the Hendersonville location doesn’t carry Chanel, I wasn’t sure how we were going to resolve the situation. What impressed me most was how determined Sandy and Natasha were to help me find a solution. Rather than simply telling me there was nothing they could do, they went the extra mile. They ordered a pair of sunglasses identical to mine and discreetly shipped them to the lab so my prescription lenses could be made. Sandy, Natasha and Kissy were incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. Given the circumstances, I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. They truly cared about getting me taken care of, and I am so grateful for their persistence and willingness to think outside the box. Five stars for these ladies and the entire team at Orgain Optometry. I highly recommend them; not only for their expertise, but for the way they treat their customers when something unexpected goes wrong.

🎵I can see clearly now. The rain has gone.🎵 I came here for astigmatism in my right eye. They tested me very thoroughly, the doctor was a massive help in getting me the proper prescription. I couldn't believe the abundant amount of different frames they had to choose from. Found a nice pair, and I love them. Awesome to see clearly again. 5/5.

I called Dr Smith’s office in the morning with a concern with my vision, they got me in that day and Dr Smith diagnosed a retinal tear and quickly got me to a retinal specialist that day. ! I can’t thank him and his staff enough for their wonderful caring attention to me!! Highly recommend!!!
