As Optometric Assistant/Accounts Receivables Coordinator, Stephanie handles the “check-out” process after each office visit. In addition to maintaining patient accounts, Stephanie orders contact lenses, assists with pre-testing, helps in the office and provides patient care. Her experience in the optical field began 14 years ago when she took orders for glasses and learned how to manufacture them in the laboratory. Ten years ago, she began working for Dr. Orgain. A native of Hendersonville, Stephanie graduated from Beech Senior High School and attended Davidson Junior College, graduating with a degree in Travel. She enjoys spending time with her family and her husband, Troy, as well as camping, hiking and working with her flowers, which she doesn’t get to do all that much because she’s chasing her four-year-old son Caleb and eight-month-old daughter Elizabeth.
